Henry Mugweru is a purpose-driven management and business development consultant with a strong commitment to service, leadership, and societal transformation. He is passionate about developing individuals and institutions, helping enterprises understand business dynamics, and strengthening organisational systems to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

He brings extensive experience working with both local and international organisations in diverse capacities. Notably, Henry has served as a Country Coordinator for a healthcare-focused organisation, supporting the implementation and coordination of national programmes.

For over five years, he worked as a Lead Trainer in an SME business training programme at the Kariobangi Light Industries in Kenya, where he trained and mentored entrepreneurs while leading a multidisciplinary team of six public-sector consultants.

Henry has also served for three years as a Lead Export Trade and Business Development Consultant, providing training, consulting, and coaching to both prospective and active exporters. His work spanned more than five major towns across Kenya and combined open training forums with tailored on-site coaching and advisory services.
