The Kenya Association of Manufactures (KAM) in collaboration with Centre for Business Innovation Training (CBiT) conducted a training on Product Development. The training covered a wide range of topics in Product Development that included product development planning, Product Development Process, Managing Cross Functional Teams and how to generate superior value products.
The overall objective of the course is to enlarge Kenya’s product base among assisting enterprises, including MSMEs, in developing and promoting innovative products that can compete globally. More specifically, the training assisted producers/groups and companies to improve their product offering and to enhance their positioning. Ultimately, generating a winning augmented product.
