Onsite Product Development (OPD) Training and Coaching is tailored to induce a culture of creative thinking, appreciation of the concept of strategic innovation and instituting a structured & efficient product development process at company level. OPD training and coaching will be conducted through guided practical sessions, mentoring and counseling. These sessions are informed by findings of a product development company appraisal that is conducted ahead of the session. Learners engage in a practical appraisal of their products guided by their business orientation, they generate market intelligence out of market insight, draw inferences from the same in firming-up business opportunities. This propels them into a journey of informed product realization from proposal generation ideation to prototype appraisal.
